Haridwar to Govindghat/Pandukeshwar drive

This is where we start our journey towards exploring the beauty of nature

We drive from Haridwar to Govindghat/Pandukeshwar

Enroute we come face to face with the incredible beauty of nature. There is something amazing about passing the plains of Rishikesh towards more mountainous area while enjoying the company of enchanting river Alakananda.

Govindghat/Pandukeshwarto Ghangaria trek

On this day we start our journey towards Ghangaria.

Base for Valley of Flowerd, and Hemkund Sahib, we will commence our Ghangaria ascent.

While climbing we will be greeted by river Lakshman Ganga and the crystal clear sight of the body of water will take all your tiredness away.

Upon reaching Ghangaria we will retire for the night at a guest house.

Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers trek

This is the main highlighting day of the trip - having said that, you’ll also enjoy the other days while spending time amid the peacefulness of the nature.

On this day we start the trail and eventually descend to a bridge and again climb up a rocky trail. This is where we will come face to face with the first sight of the flowers in the Valley of Flowers.

This high-altitude Himalayan valley is home to many flowers, including the celebrated ones like the Blue Poppy, Cobra Lily and Brahmakamal.

Due to its rich flora and fauna, this region was declared as a National Park and is now a UNESCO world heritage site.

After exploring the colourful beauty of nature, we will start descendingto Ghangaria and stay there at guest house overnight.

Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib trek

This is the day we climb to Hemkund Sahib. It is an important pilgrimage destination for both Hindus and Sikhs. Surrounded by unbound beauty of nature, the trek till this place is challenging but interesting and enjoyable.

Sikhs consider this as a scared because of the Gurudwara located at the heart of the region. For Hindus, it is a temple dedicated to hero Lakshmana from Ramayana.

After spending the whole day in this place surrounded by snow-capped peaks and marvellous snowy glaciers, we will return to Ghangria to stay at guest house overnight.

Ghangaria to Govindghat/Pandukeshwar trek

This is the day we start the first day towards the end of our journey. We start our trek back to Govindghat/Pandukeshwar.

If the weather is right, you can visit Badrinath temple and return to guest house by evening. The cost of this additional journey will not be included in the tour package.

We will stay overnight at Govindghat/Pandukeshwar in guest house.

Govindghat/Pandukeshwar to Haridwar drive

After a tiring and memorable trek, this is the day to say goodbye to your trekking mates. On the return journey, we will get back to Haridwar/Delhi and part our ways with our minds filled with unforgettable memories and hearts filled with happiness.
